Privacy Policy — Sandwich Factory App

The short version: the Sandwich Factory app exists to do one thing — take your pickup order and get it to the kitchen. We collect only what the restaurant needs to make your food and hand it to you. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and we never see your card number.
Who we are
The Sandwich Factory app is a pickup-ordering app for the Sandwich Factory restaurant at 116 Chaffin Pl, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. The app is published and operated by Scolaro Enterprises Inc. (appfactoryrus.com). In this policy, "we" means the app operator and the restaurant.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order, the app sends the following to the restaurant's ordering server:
- Your name (required) — so the counter staff can call your order and hand it to the right person.
- Your phone number (optional) — so the restaurant can reach you if there is a problem with your order.
- Your order contents and pickup time — so the kitchen can prepare your food when you want it.
That information is used solely to prepare and hand over your order. Completed orders are kept in the restaurant's order journal as ordinary business records, the same way in-store receipts are.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Square, the restaurant's payment processor. When you pay, you enter your card details into Square's secure hosted payment form; the card information goes directly to Square. This app and the restaurant's server never see or store your card number. Square's handling of your payment information is described in Square's privacy policy.
Order history on your device
The app keeps a copy of your past orders on your own device so you can reorder easily. That history never leaves your phone, and you can remove it at any time by deleting the app.
What we don't do
- No user accounts — you never create a login or password.
- No advertising.
- No analytics SDKs and no tracking of any kind.
- No sale or sharing of your personal information with anyone, for any purpose.
- No data brokers, ever.
Push notifications
The app does not currently use push notifications.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what order records the restaurant holds under your name or phone number, or ask us to delete them. Because there are no accounts, the only records that exist are the orders themselves in the restaurant's order journal. We will honor deletion requests except where a record must be kept for ordinary business purposes such as bookkeeping or tax compliance.

Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Because the app collects so little, we expect changes to be rare. Material changes will be described on this page.

The Sandwich Factory app is operated from Tennessee, USA, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable United States law.
